JAMES MADISON

James Madison (1751-1836) was the fourth President of the United States Of America. He was in office from March 4, 1809 to March 4,1817. James Madison was popularly known as the father of constitution notably because of the pivotal role he played in the drafting of the United States constitution and as a figure head and protagonist of the United States Bill of rights.
